Guest Ratings & Reviews
I had a mixed experience at this hotel. On the positive side, the beds were comfortable, and the breakfast spread was excellent. The convenient location near the metro and tram lines made exploring the city easy. However, the rooms lacked essential amenities like toothpaste, and the lack of drinking water was inconvenient. The hotel's restaurant was a highlight, but the absence of a kettle for tea and coffee was a drawback.
My stay at the hotel was lovely. The rooms, although not very big, felt quite spacious compared to other ibis hotels, and they were soundproofed, which was great for a good night's sleep. The location was convenient, right beside transportation options, making it easy to explore the city. The service was exceptional, with the staff going above and beyond to assist with any requests. However, the dining options were a bit limited. Overall, a comfortable stay with friendly service.
The hotel provides standard Ibis rooms, which are what you'd expect. The rooms tended to be quite hot and didn't cool down even with the windows open all day. The service was exceptional, with staff being incredibly kind, helpful, and hospitable. It was lovely to have dry cleaning, housekeeping, and laundry services available. The location is ideal, being very near the metro station and perfect for accessing district I easily. The dining experience was excellent, offering a buffet with plenty of delicious options. Lastly, the facilities were well-maintained and satisfying.
I felt like the rooms were so close they might as well have had a double bed with the amazing view of Castle Hill, but they were very hot and hard to regulate the temperature. Also, there were only two small bath towels for two people and a tiny bathroom mat. The service was top-notch, very nice, and friendly, always helpful and mostly friendly. The location couldn't have been better, with just a 5-minute walk to the train station and 10 minutes to Castle Hill, allowing us to hop into the center within 15 minutes. As for dining, it was very nice and very helpful, with a huge selection and always something to eat close to the metro station. Overall, a place offering great value for money.
